A Binghamton man is accused of breaking into an Endicott residence in September and stealing several items while a Binghamton woman is accused of possessing stolen property.

Endicott Police say 41 year old Christopher Rusnak is charged with felony burglary and four felony counts of criminal possession of stolen property.

Authorities accuse Rusnak of breaking into a home on Hill Avenue and stealing a television, computer, jewelry and credit cards.  He’s also accused of using the credit cards to make a number of purchases in the City of Binghamton and Town of Chenango.

34 year old Christina George, who lives at the same address as Rusnak, is charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of stolen property.

She’s accused of using the stolen credit cards to buy items at the Wal-Mart stores in Johnson City and Vestal.

Both were sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
