The women's basketball team was victorious in their last outing on November 27 as Binghamton University defeated St. Bonaventure by double-digits. On the first day of December, the Bearcats put their seven-game win streak on the line as they hosted Eastern Michigan.

The Eagles of EMU knocked down shots, got to the free-throw line and got downhill against BU. Areanna Combs led the way in scoring with nine and five rebounds. Aaliyah Stanley tallied eight and Courtnie Lewis chipped in seven as they put up 27 in the first half.

The Bearcats survived the storm by outscoring EMU in the paint. Kai Moon hit a big-time three-pointer at the buzzer to give her 11.  Annie Ramil had eight while Carly Boland put up six as BU led 34-27 at halftime.

The Eagles managed to keep pace coming out of the break. Areanna Combs finished with 29 points and seven rebounds. Courtnie Lewis added 17 and Aaliyah Stanley poured in 11 as EMU had 67 points on the game.

For Binghamton, Kai Moon ended with the game with 21 and six boards. Kaylee Wasco supplied 12 while Annie Ramil had a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds as the Bearcats won 78-67. The team is 8-0 and looking strong. They hope to continue their success on Thursday, December 5 as they host Cornell.
