Batch Coffee Planning to Open Endwell Shop
Batch Coffee, which now has operations in Chenango Bridge and Johnson City, is preparing to open a third shop in Broome County.
Batch was launched two years ago by the owners of Beer Tree Brew. The company's flagship operation in Chenango Bridge opened in September 2022. A second Batch coffee shop popped up last year at the Oakdale Commons in Johnson City, next door to the Beer Tree Factory restaurant and beer production facility.
The next Batch Coffee location will be located in a building that once was home to a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in Endwell.
Joseph Pauline of Binghamton told WNBF News he sold the property at 3010 East Main Street this month.
The town of Union planning board approved a site plan for "12A Enterprises" to operate a café and drive-thru coffee shop.
Workers from Ostrowsky Builders this week began renovating the interior of the fast-food restaurant, which closed in 2013.
Batch Coffee now is seeking a general manager to oversee the Endwell operation.
A Batch Coffee representative did not respond to an email seeking comment on the new site.
