The Broome County Office of the Sheriff released its most recent arrest report for January 2025. The BCSO notes that this report does not encompass all law enforcement activity performed by the Broome County Sheriff’s Office.
Arrests made in Broome County by other law enforcement agencies are open and ongoing investigations by the Broome County Sheriff’s Office, the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, or other law enforcement agencies.

Unlawful Possession Of A Certain Ammo Feed Device
Jonathan Dix of Thomson Pennsylvania, was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Certain Ammo Feed Device, a Class B Misdemeanor, and several traffic violations following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
Criminal Contempt
Jaimie Baraby of Windsor, was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Windsor.
Allan MacDonald II of Endicott was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Dickinson.
Criminal Possession
Kenneth Beamer of Binghamton, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the Town of Union.
Michelle Bremner of Plymouth, New York was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Class A Misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
Lloyd Hunt, Jr. of Unadilla, was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Class A Misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
Harassment
Allison Congdon of Johnson City was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a Violation, following a harassment investigation in the Town of Fenton.
Scott Decamp of Nineveh was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a Violation, following an investigation into a domestic dispute in the Town of Sanford.
Burglary
Brian Ellis of Endicott, was charged with Burglary in the 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony, and Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a burglary investigation in the Town of Maine.
Sean Post was charged with Burglary in the 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony, following a burglary investigation in the City of Binghamton.
