The Democrat has been regularly releasing items he is including in his agenda, with a 34th one announced January 7 calling for better cooperation between police and communities, tasking the state Attorney General’s Office with helping communities identify issues and work out solutions.

In case you forgot other prime nuggets released since the beginning of December, there's been a call for a renewed study into high-speed rail service in the Empire Corridor linking New York City, Albany and Buffalo, eliminating price disparities on products marketed to women, curbing robocalls, measures to keep sexual predators off dating and gaming sites online and banning single-use foam containers and Styrofoam packing peanuts.

The address to members of the legislature and top politicians invited from around New York State precedes the start of the 2020 legislative session in Albany.
