A Chenango County House Cleaner is Accused of Theft

An Afton woman is accused of stealing jewelry and other items from homes that she was hired to clean.

Vestal Police say 45 year old Kathleen Decker is suspected in several thefts from her employers in the Town of Vestal and City of Binghamton.

Decker has been charged with two counts each of grand larceny in Binghamton and Vestal and other potential victims have come forward since Decker’s arrest in March.

Police are asking anyone who thinks they may also be a victim to contact their local police agency.
