Pennsylvania State Police in Susquehanna County have recovered a .45 pistol and a spent .45 bullet casing at the scene of a workplace shooting in Oakland Township.

Troopers were called to Twin River Poly Building on State Route 171 at around 9:15am Monday, August 3rd with a report of a man shooting inside.

Two workers not involved in the reported incident evacuated the building.  No one was hurt but 65-year-old Oswin Clark of Susquehanna later admitted to having an argument with Edward Hermann of Susquehanna which resulted in the shot being fired.

Troopers found the gun and the spent casing as well as three live .45 rounds on the floor in the area where the shooting reportedly took place.

Clark is charged with felony terroristic threats and simple assault.
