Workplace Injury Panel Discussion to be Held

A panel discussion is being held November 15th to help workers in the Southern Tier who suspect their illness, injury or pain may be linked to their jobs.

The event will be held at 5:30 p.m. at the Occupational Health Clinical Center on the main floor of Cornell Cooperative Extension at 840 Upper Front Street, Binghamton.

The free event is sponsored by the Occupational Health Clinical Center of Upstate Medical University.

Dr. Michael Lax, board-certified in occupational medicine, Workers' Compensation Board advocate for injured workers, Edwin Ruff, nurse practitioner Jacque Millar, who focuses on workers' illness and harmful workplace exposures and Ithaca attorney Peter Littman, who is experienced in representing injured workers, are the scheduled panelists.
