City officials say the work is scheduled to be done on Monday and Tuesday.

Golf Course Road is about seven-tenths of a mile long. It starts at the intersection of Conti Court and Ridge Road, just north of Route 17.

The road is the only way for vehicles to travel to and from the city-owned golf course.

One lane of traffic will be maintained during the milling process.

The golf course will be open for normal business hours while the road project is underway.
