An Endicott woman is accused of threatening to kill and slashing a man with a knife during an argument in a Delaware Avenue apartment at 6:34 p.m. May 15 during which both she and the man were bitten several times by her two dogs as the victim attempted to flee the apartment.

New York State Police say 29 year old Rhonda Sandiford is charged with felony assault and misdemeanor menacing.

The man was treated for his injuries at Wilson Hospital and released.

Sandiford was located by a New York State Trooper who responded to a report of a dog bite victim at an apartment on Glenwood Avenue in the City of Binghamton.

She was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
