Broome County Sheriff’s officials are looking for a woman, possibly named ‘Stacey’, who made off with bank bags from a Town of Dickinson convenience store.

Officials say at around 2:30 a.m. April 4 the woman entered the Manley’s Mighty Mart on Downs Avenue and distracted the clerk by saying she spilled coffee and needed a towel.  When the clerk went to get a towel, the woman reached behind the counter and grabbed the bank bags.

The suspect is white, standing about five feet, six inches tall, with black hair, weighing between 250 and 275 pounds and in her 30s or 40s.  She was wearing a black coat and black pants and had a white headband on at the time.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Broome County Sheriff Sergeant Thomas Williams at (607) 778-1185.
