Woman Found With Hydrocodone and Marijuana Wax

A Putnam County, New York woman is accused of having dangerous marijuana wax in her possession during a traffic stop in Deposit.

New York State Police say they saw a vehicle with window tint that was illegally dark and stopped 22 year old Whitney Fazio of Mahopac at 3:55 p.m. February 27.

Officials say they detected marijuana in the vehicle and found 38 grams of hydrocodone pills, 15 grams of marijuana and over a gram of marijuana wax.

She is charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor drug possession and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Fazio was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
