State police say a woman was charged with driving while intoxicated shortly after troopers received a report of a dispute in the town of Kirkwood.

Authorities say 34-year-old Wanda Rodriguez of Hallstead, Pennsylvania, was arrested on July 20.

Police say Rodriguez was taken into custody following the reported dispute on Route 11.

Troopers say the woman's blood alcohol content was measured at 0.11 percent. They say her driver license had been suspended.

In addition to DWI, Rodriguez was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

Rodriguez was arraigned in Conklin town court. She was sent to Broome County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
