Woman Charged After Tioga County Crash

An Ithaca-area woman was cited for aggravated unlicensed operation following a one-car crash in the town of Spencer.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, 24-year-old Brittany France of Newfield was arrested after an investigation into a crash on State Route 34.

Authorities say France's driver license had been suspended for failing to appear in Chemung County Court.

France was ordered to appear in Spencer Town Court next month.
