Woman Arrested in Parking Lot Drug Bust

Officials with the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force say 33 year old Jennifer Felton of Berkshire was found in the parking lot of a Whitney Point convenience store and gas station and was suspected of having drugs.

Authorities say Felton allegedly tried to discard Oxycodone pills in the back seat of a marked patrol car.

Felton is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and felony evidence tampering.
