Woman Accused of selling Drugs in Norwich

A Chenango County woman is accused of dealing drugs in Norwich.

City Police say a month-long investigation has ended in the arrest of 30 year old Rhonda Horton.

Horton is charged with felony criminal sale of a controlled substance.  She was accused of selling cocaine.

Horton was sent to the Chenango County Jail on $20,000 bail.
