Woman Accused of Letting Child Smoke Marijuana

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials accuse a Stamford woman of letting a seven year old child smoke marijuana.

34 year old Samantha Rich is charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Authorities say they received a report that the woman allegedly gave the child pot at her home last summer.

She’s been ordered to appear in Town of Stamford Court later this month.
