The WNBF 90th Anniversary Gala is set for Friday at the Roberson Museum and Science Center, 30 Front Street in Binghamton.  WNBF Radio, now owned by Townsquare Media, was first granted a license to operate in 1927.  Initially located in Endicott the station soon moved to Binghamton where it has been located since.

The Gala features station memorabilia, audio and video presentations and a visual time line of events in our community and involvement with WNBF Radio. Station personnel will be on hand to discuss the history of WNBF.  Entertainment and a cocktail hour kickoff the event at 5 PM while dinner will begin at 7 PM.

Special guest of honor is Bill Parker, "The Dean of Broadcasting", who spent over 50 years with WNBF Radio and WNBF Television.  Listeners, WNBF staff, advertisers and numerous dignitaries are invited to the special celebration. The Roberson Museum and Science Center is also open for guests to tour during the evening.
