An Endicott man is accused of luring a Wisconsin woman to his home and forcing her to engage in sex.

Village Police say 50 year old Larry Servedio is charged with felony rape.

He was arrested after Endicott and Vestal Police were contacted by the  Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin Police about a possible missing endangered woman who may have traveled to Broome County to contact a man she met on line.

The 52 year old woman was found at Servedio’s East Main Street apartment.

Police say based on cell tower and other information, they located the woman and determined Servedio was forcing her to engage in sexual contact through force and intimidation.  In addition, Servedio is accused of attempting to manipulate and alienate the woman by forcing her to call relatives in Wisconsin, including her daughters, and tell them she would not be coming home and they should not attempt to contact her.

Police say Servedio had also falsely claimed to be working for the FBI and other agencies.

A man had reportedly contacted the woman’s daughters, claiming to be police, and told them their mother had been arrested and they needed to send bail money.

Servedio is charged with felony rape.

The FBI is also investigating.
