Windsor Man is Accused of Raping 13 Year Old

Endicott Police

A Windsor man is accused of having forcible sex with a 13 year old girl several times in the Village of Endicott.

Village police say 35 year old Chad Honnick is charged with felony rape, criminal sex act and use of a child in a sexual performance.

According to the authorities, Honnick had been living in Endicott at the time of the alleged incidents.

Broome County Security’s computer forensics unit uncovered several images on Honnick’s cell phone of the man and a child under the age of 16 performing sexual acts.

Police say the investigation is continuing and more charges could be filed.

Honnick was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
