Windsor Man Arrested For Stealing Tools, Gift Cards From Business

A Windsor man has been arrested by the Broome County Sheriff's Office for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars worth of tools and gift cards from a Conklin business.

Authorities say 44 year-old Gregory Rought is accused of stealing over $19,000 in tools and gift cards from the E Systems Group on August 14th.  He was arrested Thursday afternoon in the Town of Dickinson.

Rought is charged with third degree Burglary and third degree Grand Larceny, both class D felonies.

Rought was arraigned in Town of Dickinson Court and was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
