Windsor Man Accused of Talking Inappropriately With a Child

A Windsor man is accused of engaging in inappropriate sexual conversation with a 12 year old girl in November.

Broome County Sheriff’s Detectives say 22 year old Joshua Evans was arrested December 12 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child for the incident that allegedly happened in the Town of Windsor.

He was released on his own recognizance to appear in court at a later date.
