Another Broome County Contractor is being accused of being paid thousands of dollars for work that was never done.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say 31 year old Dustin Crea of the Town of Windsor was arrested Tuesday, March 29 on three counts of felony grand larceny.

Detectives say Crea is accused of agreeing to perform home improvement work for a Windsor resident that was supposed to be done in May and June, accepting about 30-thousan dollars for the work that was never done.

He was released on his own recognizance and ordered to appear in court at a later date.
