Whitney Point Man is Accused of Selling Prescription Pills

The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force has arrested a Whitney Point man for allegedly selling drugs.

Authorities executed a search warrant on Route 206 and say they found 55 year old Gary Goslee Senior in possession of several prescription pills for which he did not have the prescriptions.

Goslee is accused of selling the controlled substances to another person two times this month.

He’s charged with two felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Officials say Goslee was released on his own recognizance and ordered to appear in court at a later date.
