West Endicott Man Accused In Hatchet Threat
A dispute in the town of Union resulted in the arrest of a man who was accused of threatening someone with a hatchet.
Authorities say 59-year-old Kenneth Pruyne of June Street was charged with second-degree menacing.
According to state police, Pruyne allegedly threatened another man while holding onto a hatchet hammer over his head.
Investigators say Pruyne was arrested Tuesday.
Pruyne was arraigned in Union town court and released without bail.
