Wesley Guilty Of Vehicular Manslaughter
Jaclyn Wesley has been convicted on three counts of vehicular manslaughter in the 2011 town of Fenton crash that left two men and a woman dead.
The 25-year-old Binghamton woman was convicted Tuesday in a non-jury trial in Broome County Court. Judge Joseph Cawley also found Wesley guilty of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content above .08 percent.
Wesley was driving an SUV that veered off Interstate 88 and plunged into the Chenango River in May 2011.
Wesley was the only one of the four people in the vehicle to survive. Passengers Robert Marshall, Carri Michalski and Robert Moorehead III died.
Cawley scheduled sentencing for January 7.
