The Binghamton Mets are continuing their pre-season workouts in Port St. Lucie, Florida.  They will be packing their bags and heading to Binghamton in just a few more days.  When they arrive fans will get the opportunity to meet them and talk baseball Wednesday, April 2 at the Doubletree by Hilton.

The annual "Welcome Back B-Mets Dinner" will begin at 5:30 PM with an autograph session.  Then at 7 PM dinner begins. Following dinner there will be a special baseball program with player and manager introductions.

Live music from Ragtime Rick Pedro will be featured prior to dinner.  Tickets are priced at $25 per person and are available at the B-Mets offices at NYSEG Stadium or by phone at 723-METS.

Proceeds from next week's dinner will go to benefit the B-Mets Booster Club which is a non-profit organization made up of local volunteers who promote the game of baseball and the Binghamton Mets.  The B-Mets open their 2014 season the following night at 6:35 when they host the Akron RubberDucks at NYSEG Stadium.
