Wegmans announced a recall of two organic juice products because they may contain a mold byproduct that could make people sick.

The Rochester-based supermarket chain has advised customers that it was notified by a supplier that apple concentrate used in the products was discovered to have an "unacceptable level" of patulin. That's described as a byproduct of mold.

The recalled juice was sold in 64-ounce containers.

The products involved in the recall are: Wegmans Food You Feel Good About Organic Apple Juice with expiration dates from 1/28/2014 through 3/19/2014; and Wegmans Food You Feel Good About Organic Cranberry Juice Blend with an expiration date of 11/5/2013.

Wegmans advises consumers to dispose of the juice and bring the empty container to a store service desk for a refund.

People are warned not to drink the juice, although Wegmans says the risk of illness is remote.
