The Binghamton Mets cannot escape the rain.  Tonight's scheduled game with the B-Mets and Erie SeaWolves in Erie, Pa.was postponed due to rain and unplayable field conditions.  It is the sixth game of the season KO'd by bad weather.  Three have been washed out at home and now three away.

The B-Mets and SeaWolves don't plan to wait long to make-up the game.  The contest will be played as part of a doubleheader tomorrow afternoon beginning at 3:05 PM at Jerry Uht Park in Erie.

Binghamton goes into tomorrow's action with a record of 10-7.  Erie is 8-10 and is the Double-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. Binghamton's scheduled pitchers are Matt Bowman in the first game and Darin Gorski in the nightcap.  Erie will counter with the tandem of Jeff Ferrell and Warwick Saupold.  Airtime for tomorrow's doubleheader is 2:50 PM on News Radio 1290 WNBF with Tim Heiman.
