The only thing stopping the Binghamton Rumble Ponies these days is rain and bad weather.  Last night's scheduled game between the Ponies and Hartford Yard Goats fell victim to heavy rain and chilly temperatures that rendered NYSEG Stadium unplayable.  This marks the 17th overall weather related cancellation of the season for Binghamton and 13th home contest to fall to inclement weather.  Both are new season records for the franchise. Sunday night's game will not be made-up and officially is cancelled.

The Rumble Ponies and Yard Goats will close the regular season with a 1:05 game today (Monday) afternoon.  Broadcast coverage begins at 12:50 PM on CBS Sports Radio 1360 AM.  The Star Wars promotion that was scheduled for Sunday night will be held today (Monday).

Hartford brings its season to a close while the Rumble Ponies gear up for the Eastern Division Championship Series that begins on Wednesday.  Binghamton hosts the Trenton Thunder in the best-of-five divisional series championship.  Wednesday's game begins at 6:35 with another 6:35 home game on Thursday.  The two teams then head to Trenton for the rest of the series.
