Weapons, Drugs Seized in Washington Avenue Raid
Endicott police say they confiscated drugs and weapons in a morning raid near the BAE Systems facility.
Authorities say a man and a woman were arrested after police executed a search warrant at 22 Washington Avenue early Thursday.
According to village police, officers found a loaded .32 caliber handgun, brass knuckles and a knuckle knife when they searched an apartment.
Investigators say heroin, marijuana, suboxone and drug paraphernalia also were seized.
Police say 35-year-old Neal Teeple was charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia. He also faces charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Authorities say 21-year-old Cheyenne Koban was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Teeple and Koban were arraigned in Endicott village court and sent to Broome County Jail.
