Waverly Men Arrested For Drug Possession in Broome County

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say two Waverly residents are being charged with drug possession following a traffic stop in the Town of Chenango.

Officials say a car driven by 22 year old Brad Fuller was pulled over on Front Street and the Deputy says he found 40 packets of heroin and a small amount of cocaine in the possession of the passenger, 30 year old Joseph Conrad.

Conrad is charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor drug possession.  Fuller is charged with two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and vehicle and traffic violations. The authorities say Fuller was driving without a license.

Fuller was released and ordered in court at a later date.  Conrad was sent to the Broome County Jail.
