Waverly Man Faces Charge Related To DNA Fee

A Tioga County man has been arrested on a warrant for failure to pay a DNA fee.

Authorities say 36-year-old Hillmont Talada III of Waverly was taken into custody by Tioga County Sheriff's deputies.

The charge was in connection with a warrant issued out of the Elmira Police Department.

Talada was turned over to the Elmira agency.
