Waverly Man Accused in Child Porn Case

A Waverly man is accused of possessing and uploading child pornography at his home.

64 year old Garold Mosher is charged with felony promoting a sexual performance by a child under 17 and possessing a sexual performance of a child under 17.

New York State Police say the arrest followed an investigation by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force that included the Pennsylvania office of the Attorney General and the New York State Police Computer Crime Unit.

Mosher was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $4,000 bail.
