The Bearcats' sharp-shooting guard hit for 26 points against the Penn Quakers and then dropped in 25 points in her outing against Providence.  She is averaging 22 points per game so far this season, 28th in the nation among Division I athletes.

For Watkins this week's honor was her first Player of the Week award.  She was named Rookie of the Week in the America East on three different occasions last season.
