Walton Couple Arrested for Alleged Heroin Sales

Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say two Walton residents are accused of drug possession.

Deputies say they arrested 29 year old Heather Terry and 28 year old Daniel Jamieson October 29 for criminal possession of heroin following a search of their home.

Terry is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, while Jamieson is charged with felony criminal possession with intent to sell.

Terry was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $2,000 bail.  Bail for Jamieson was set at $10,000 dollars.
