Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]Three Cortland County residents are accused of breaking into the Virgil Country Market at 12:36 a.m. April 18.

20 year old James Perone of McGraw, 18 year old Zachary Morgan of Cortland and a suspect under the age of 16 were taken into custody for the burglary and interviewed on Wednesday, April 27.

Perone and Morgan are each charged with felony counts of burglary, criminal mischief and conspiracy as well as misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child and petit larceny.

Investigators say the three are accused of breaking a window to get into the store and stealing several items.
