Vestal Teens Charged In Endicott Burglary

Bob Joseph/WNBF News

Endicott police say two Vestal teenagers have been arrested in connection with the burglary of an apartment in the village.

Authorities say 18-year-old Katlynn Carangelo of Route 26 and a 16-year-old girl who lives on Powderhouse Road have been charged with felony burglary.

Investigators say the two are accused of entering an apartment in the 1800 block of Monroe Street.

The person who lives in the apartment returned home just before ten o’clock Wednesday night to discover damage and items missing.

Police say Carangelo and the other suspect were arraigned in Endicott village court and sent to Broome County jail without bail.
