A Vestal man is facing charges after New York State Police, The Vestal Police, United States Postal Inspection Service and the United States Drug Enforcement Administration say they found large amounts of marijuana, weapons and lots of money at a Briarcliff Avenue home.

20 year old Amir Ebadullah-Aslamkhan is charged with criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of marijuana after authorities searched his Town of Vestal home.

State Police say they seized 13 pounds of pot, $35,000, a loaded .308 caliber assault weapon, two shotguns with ammunition for the guns, two switchblades as well as scales and drug packaging material.

Ebadullah-Aslamkhan was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.

Officials say the investigation is continuing and more arrests are expected.
