Vestal Man Accused of Not Doing Sign Project

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say a Town of Vestal man reportedly took $4,700 to do signage work for a local business that he never did.

38 year old Connaire Foran reportedly took the money in June of 2015 but never performed the work.

He charged with felony grand larceny.

He was released on his own recognizance and ordered to appear in City of Binghamton Court at a later date.
