Police confiscated heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine and other drugs after a search of a town of Union residence.

Authorities say a 24-year-old man faces several felony counts in connection with the investigation.

According to the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, a search warrant was executed at a home on Union Center Maine Highway in West Corners.

In a search of the residence, police say eight different types of drugs were found. Scales, packaging materials and $3,002 in cash were seized.

Investigators say Eric Capers of the Bronx was charged with 14 felony counts and 2 misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He also was charged with criminally using drug paraphernalia and violating parole conditions.
