Stay on that healthy track with fresh fruit and jazz it up with a little sweet, creamy topping.

Vanilla/ Citrus Yogurt Fruit Dip  (Prep. Time 5 minutes. Serves 12)

6 oz. vanilla flavored yogurt

¼ C. orange juice

Juice of ¼ lemon

Lemon zest

Assorted fruits and berries like strawberries, grapes, blackberries, apple slices, etc.

Mic together the yogurt and juices. Top with the zest.  Either dip the fruit or spoon the sauce over it in a bowl (easiest treatment if you want something small like blueberries.)

Keep the unused dip refrigerated.
