Two Suspects Are Accused of Killing Another on Pine St.

Two suspects are accused of murdering a man who was found lying unresponsive on the front porch of a home on Pine Street in the City of Binghamton March 16.

City Police Detectives say they initially had a report of "a man down" at a second floor apartment but found 51 year old Lazar Jones on the porch.

Jones was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Officials say during their investigation, they determined Jones had been involved in a disturbance at the home and 41 year old Miguel Manchion and 20 year old Courtney Baldwin were charged with felony murder.

Detectives say the three were all acquainted and the incident was not a random act.
