Update on Tioga shooting

The Tioga County Sheriff's Department is looking for an Ithaca man in connection with a shooting on Thursday morning.

Sheriff's officials say an arrest warrant has been issued for Devin VanBrunt on charges of criminal possession of a firearm and criminal possession of a controlled substance...both felonies.  Other charges are pending.

Deputies responded to a reported shooting just before 1:30 am on Light Road in Richford.  They say the investigation determined that two people with gunshot wounds had left the scene before the deputies arrived.

Officials ask that anyone with information on VanBrunt's whereabouts, or any other information on the incident, give a call to the Tioga County Sheriff's Department at 687-1010.
