The Union-Endicott Tigers crushed the Ithaca Little Red Saturday night at Ty Cobb Stadium in Endicott  55-6.  U-E was ahead at half-time 41-6.  The Tigers picked up where they left off last Friday when they scored 22 unanswered points in the second half against Vestal.

U-E used a balanced attack against the Little Red.  Sammy Davis gained 205 yards rushing on just 10 carries.  All but one of his carries came in the first half.

C.J. Krowiak had a huge game as well.  He picked-up 114 total yards and was outstanding on special teams play.  U-E’s other speedy wide-out threat, Nick Yesensky notched 68 receiving yards and another 21 on the ground.  Quarterback Joey Orlando was 7-14 for 114 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Ithaca’s lone score came on a 76-yard flanker-option pass from Emmitt Houston to Dominique Stevenson.  The victory evened Union-Endicott’s record at 2-2 while Ithaca falls to 0-4.  The Tigers’ victory sets the stage for their trip to Alumni Stadium in Binghamton for a game against the Patriots this Friday night at 7 (6:55 on News Radio 1290 WNBF).  The Patriots are 3-1 after their 14-13 victory over Vestal on Friday evening.
