Unadilla Felon Found With Loaded Gun

A Unadilla man is charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon and petit larceny.

New York State Police say 47 year old Steven Scott is accused of stealing clothing from a consignment store and then was found to have a loaded .22 caliber rifle in his vehicle.  Scott is a convicted felon and is prohibited from owning a firearm.

Scott was sent to the Otsego County Jail on $5,000 bail.
