Two men face charges following an early-morning ruckus in Tioga County.

Authorities say 42-year-old Jonathan Brooks and 40-year-old Duke Williams were charged with trespassing and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

The arrests were made after a reported disturbance on Tyler Hollow Road in Spencer.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, Brooks was accused of yelling and screaming. He allegedly threw items at children and the homeowners at the residence.

Investigators say the men were arrested around 4 a.m. on September 13.

Brooks was issued appearance tickets. Williams was arraigned in Spencer town court and sent to Tioga County Jail on $1,500 bail.
