Two Injured in High-Speed Delaware Crash

Delaware County Sheriff's officials say a New Jersey man and his passenger are hospitalized following a high-speed crash in Delhi.

Deputies say 22 year old Michael Taylor of Blairstown, New Jersey was driving on State Highway 10 when he lost control of his vehicle.  It left the road and hit a tree, head-on.

Taylor was stabilized at the scene by emergency medical responders then flown to Cooperstown Hospital.  21 year old Brooke Hallowell of Belvidere, New Jersey was transported to O'Connor Hospital and stabilized before being flown to Albany Medical Center.

Taylor was ticketed for speed not reasonable and prudent.
