Officials are looking into the cause of a two-alarm fire in the Town of Union that started with a report of a blaze in a chimney.

Fire crews from Endwell were called to Shady Drive at around 5:30 p.m. November 2 but requested the second alarm as the fire began to spread into the second floor.

There were no injuries.

Meanwhile, Binghamton Fire Investigators are looking into the cause of a blaze that damaged a kitchen and attic area of a South Side residence.

Officials say the blaze was reported at around 6:45 p.m. November 2 at a building on Park Avenue.

Everyone inside was able to get out safely and there were no injuries to firefighters reported.
