Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a single vehicle crash on State Route 29 between Davis road and Lake Street in Montrose at around 6:35 a.m. Sunday, January 24 that left two people dead.

Authorities say a 2007 GMC Sierra left the west side of the road, went into a ditch, hit a culvert and rolled over, coming to rest on the passenger side.

Two of the three occupants of the truck were pronounced dead at the scene while the other was taken to a local hospital with moderate but non-life-threatening injuries.

None of the identities of the occupants of the pickup truck has been released by troopers.
